Potato wedges




Ingredients:

 New Potatoes - 1 kg
 vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
 spices: turmeric, Provence herbs, sweet red bell pepper - 0.5 tsp
 dill - 1 bunch
 garlic - 4 cloves
 salt - to taste.
dill - 1 bunch to garnish



PREPARATION:

Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
Wash the potatoes and cut into wedges. 


Put the potato wedges into a large bowl. Sprinkle paprika, chili powder, turmeric, salt, pepper and oil and toss gently to coat. 


Lay the wedges in a single layer on a greased baking tray.



Bake for about 25-30 min until the wedges are golden brown and crispy on the outside.

Baked potatoes






Baked potatoes 



Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes: 4 pc.

Quail Egg :4 pcs.

Cheese durum: 50g

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste




Preparation:


1.  Wash and boil potatoes until softened, approximately 10-15 minutes.



2.With a teaspoon remove the middle of a potato,




3.On the potato cut in half,

  add : the quail eggs, salt and pepper to taste.



4.Rub of cheese on a small grater and sprinkle on top of the potatoes
, Then send it to the oven and cook 25-30 minutes at 180 dg..



5. In the end we get a delicious baked potato with egg inside and topped with crunchy cheese hat!

Biscuits à l'avoine sans oeufs






Biscuits à l'avoine sans oeufs 




INGRÉDIENTS:

Gruau- 350 g
  Yogourt
Pommes - 2 pcs.
Miel - 1/2 Art. l.
● Fruits séchés - au goût
● Cannelle - 1 pincée
● Vanilla - 1 pincée



PRÉPARATION:

Mélanger la farine d'avoine avec du yogourt, pour obtenir la bouillie, mais pas de liquide!


 Laissez agir pendant une demi-heure,
 puis ajoutez la pomme râpée, la cannelle , le miel,une pincée de vanille et de cannelle pour la saveur, ainsi que tous les fruits séchés.




 Propagation trempé les mains sur la plaque à pâtisserie de papier sulfurisé.



 Cuire au four à 200 ° C pendant 20-30 minutes.

Salad with Salami 



Ingredients:

Olives – about 100 grams
Salami – 200 gr.
Jar of corn
Mushrooms – about 100g.
Mayonnaise
Eggs – 2 pieces

Preparation:

To start, boil the eggs. Next, they must be cooled.

Take the salami, cut it into pieces.



Mushrooms cut into plates.
